In comparison to standalone profiles, Catalyst offers a superior DiSC experience for participants and provides a more adaptable platform for facilitators.
Collaborative Process & Measured Success
It is our expectation that the leaders of those we coach will actively participate in the process and demonstrate support for the coaching objectives. Success will be evaluated through various mechanisms, including engagement surveys, confidential one-on-one interviews, the Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ assessment, and check-in meetings with management, among other methods.
